Zebra MTD Ltd and its subsidiaries, Carousel Calendars, Otter House Ltd and Calendar Club Ltd, have signed up to SBTi (Science Based Targets Initiative).
Zebra MTD Limited commits to reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions 46% by 2030 from a 2019 base year, and to measure and reduce its Scope 3 emissions. Our commitment is in line with a 1.5-degree pathway.
Further to this we also aim to encourage 50% of our key product suppliers to sign up to SBTi by 2025.

Otter House will be doing an annual stock take on the 4th February 2022.
To enable us to ship any Otter House orders before the stock take, we would need to receive any orders by the 31st January 2022.
Stock take will then start on the 4th February 2022 until the 10th February 2022.
We will begin picking orders again on the 14th February 2022.

We are writing to inform you that due to pressure on costs of raw materials and the continuing issues we are facing over shipping Otter House has made the decision to increase some of the retail and cost prices from the 1st of April 2022.

As Christmas is fast approaching we need to inform you with regards to dispatch dates and possible deliveries:
I. Any orders received by 8th December will be dispatched prior to Christmas and our carriers have said this will be in time for delivery before Christmas.
We will obviously try to turn those orders received after the 8th around in time for Christmas but it will depend of volume of orders received and the individual carrier so there are no guarantees.
II. Orders received after Christmas will be dispatched from the 4th January.

We hope you are all safe and well.
Following on from our Coronavirus update earlier in the year we wanted to send out a further update as we enter the final quarter of 2020.
Like the majority of suppliers, we have suffered from delays in getting stock into our warehouse and then out to our customers, thankfully these delays are being rectified and the hope is that by mid-October stocks will be back to pre-pandemic levels.
Certain product lines have been in high demand such as jigsaws, diaries, and stationery and we have seen strong increases across all sales streams. However, we have worked hard to reprint lines wherever possible or secure alternative stock.
The majority of our seasonal programmes are in store and selling well and we hope through the nationwide sales team to keep this level of sales and replenishment constant however with the threat of local lockdowns, restrictions on travel, and keeping our staff safe we know this will be challenging over the next three months.

Otter House are working closely with its suppliers across China, and the world, to support and manage the impact of Coronavirus on our colleagues and our supply chains.
For 2020 we are in a position where we hold strong stock quantities for 95% of our collection, with the only exceptions being standout designs which have proven stronger sellers than we forecasted. We are monitoring stock across our ranges regularly and actively reprinting lines where necessary.
At present all supply chains are active and lead times are reasonable, but we are making contingency plans if this situation were to change; we are working to minimise potential delays and are aiming for our range availability to remain high throughout 2020.
We will keep our customers updated with significant news on future stock delays but at this time we would encourage you to order early to ensure you have access to all the stock you need.
